Returns & Refunds Policy

By placing a purchase with Thea Organics you agree to the following terms and all other terms expressed on the site:

If you have a change of mind and would like cancel your order, please let us know via the contact form within 2 hours of purchase. However, if your order is processed but not sent, and you request a cancellation you will be liable for credit card processing fees if applicable. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product we do not provide a refund

The customer has a choice of an exchange or replacement to the amount originally purchased. Any discrepancies i.e. purchasing a more expensive product will need to be compensated by the customer.

A written customer complaint must be sent to within three business days stating why the product must be returned/exchanged.

The product for exchange/return must be sent at the customers' expense within 5 business days to:
